Who are we?

We are a proactive care coaching management consultancy.

Our team brings together in-depth experience of over 40 years in nursing/care along
with excellence in lean and continuous improvement approaches for businesses through the
approach of Bob Nelson.

Bob has over 40 years’ experience as a nurse,
owning/operating care homes/home care as well as a
management consultant, teacher and coach. Bob holds an
MSc in Dementia Studies, Diploma in Management and after
careful consideration of not having this as a Manager, can see
the benefits this service will bring to individual homes to
improve reputation and services for the benefit of the people.

Bob can also work in collaboration with other colleagues when required to overcome client issues.
