Bob was asked by the Board of Directors to come in as an independent consultant to assess the capability of the home management team, the Board heeded to Bob's recommendations and substantial changes were introduced. Bob is an extraordinarily talented care home consultant and his salient feature is his ability to balance between compliance and commercial needs of the home. His willingness to roll up his sleeves and work the floor with nurses and carers gives so much comfort to hands off providers like ourselves. Bob and I have now worked together on a couple of projects, Bob is a fantastic consultant, he has a wealth of knowledge gained as a dual registered nurse, in his own domiciliary care business, as a dementia specialist and also in his love of a good crisis!! he likes nothing better than putting things back together again. Working with Care Management Coaching to help us meet the new CQC standards was a good decision. We found Bob to be very professional and understanding of our situation and clearly demonstrated a number of quality skills, in-depth knowledge of the sector and a clear understanding of the new Fundamental Standards and training required for our staff team.

The Home needed an interim manager following a rating of inadequate by the CQC, we needed Bob of Care Management Coaching to start to make improvements and provide effective leadership to staff until the permanent manager was in post.
